For what it's worth, I updated the bibliography portion of Karen's wikipedia entry. Hope I didn't screw anything up, but it was a little outdated.

I had no idea! Thank you for that. I must go check it out when I have a spare moment.

I guess most things can be found on the wiki, so it's not exactly strange to find a published author there.

You're welcome, and thanks. Seriously, if you can't have fun with this then why do it??? Writing is actually pretty hard work a lot of the time, so there has to be a pay off. Not to mention the fact that you know, hello, Star Wars. And trust me, the giggle I get out of that ain't going away any time soon!

Now you'll have to excuse me, it's time to go torment the boys some more. *g*

Actually I have a bit of a serious question, since I saw that you are going to talk about writing at the Brisbane Con, but since Brisbane is on literally the other side of the globe it's a bit hard for me to get there.

I've always wondered if great writers, like you, feel that they can write just as good fact as they do fiction? Personally I think it's a lot easier to write factual things than fiction. I have drabbled in fanfic enough to realise that I'm not a fiction writer, but I have only gotten good response when writing scientific articles and the like.

Karen, I just read a short blurb for Clone Wars Gambit: Siege. So, our boys Ani and Obi are going to get a bit of a mess, huh? Nice. Very nice. As someone said above, just be sure they get out of the mess! tongue

I wish we didn't have to wait until March to read it, though. frustrated After reading the description, I was kinda hoping I could read it now. wink

I'm reading Prodigal Mage at the moment. I've just read the first three chapters so far. It is a bit confusing with all the names and backstories that I don't know about. I try to see it as Star Wars though, I mean I started with episode 5 and that only made me more interested in reading the background.

Massively fast drive by to say yay! Major draft of Siege is done, and will be reworked end of November. It's okay, I think. Hard to tell at this stage. More when I can catch my breath.

Star Wars fans are just fine! I'm now in the rewrite of Siege, and all is coming along well. I believe Stealth is out early next year ... I'll start to get excited soon.
