Concluding the night at 5063 words. The story is already getting weird, a bit earlier in than I'd expected. Now to go be even more unproductive for a few hours.

Whoa, you guys have a lot done...

I had a cruddy day, and it wasn't because of the novel. I got 587 words, though I'm not headed to bed yet...there's some hope left that I might actually get to the daily goal, but not much...

EDIT: 1,679 words. I made it, and now I'm going to bed. I love random death scenes...

Well, congratulations to everyone who survived the first day of NaNo tongue And to those of you who have way surpassed the day's goal: applause

I'm calling it a night with 2,048 words, and as promised I posted what I have so far: Unleashed. That is the working title I made up for this forum. What I saved as the working title on my laptop was "Pokemon League Resumed"... which I think is a totally lame title. Hopefully the title will be the only lame part of the story. laugh

I don't know how many of you are on Gaia, but I thought that this might be of interest to everyone. Tektek's dream Gaia avatar maker! It's a site that allows you to create your dream avatar for Gaia so you can see how much it'd cost, but it can also be a great fun thing for doing quick character pictures! It's cutesy and I like it. happy

Word counts have been updated. Everyone seems to be off to a great start! grin

My count is at 4,738. I still may add a little bit before I head to sleep but I was at a natural stopping point so I stopped even thought I wanted to make it to 5k.
